- Displacement Fine: The canceling vendor is assessed a displacement surcharge of the greater of ₹10,000 INR or 30% of the gross booking value.
- Visibility Downgrade: The vendor loses "Power Partner" badges, their search visibility is automatically throttled, and a "Vendor-Canceled Transaction" warning is published on their profile. A second unexcused cancellation within six months triggers permanent account suspension.
